Casa Tinto is a beautiful townhouse with a long andalucian heritage. It has been carefully renovated by its new owners in a traditional andalucian style to keep the old fashioned charm of the house. The house is sitated in the small hamlet, Los Cortijillos, and it has a priviliged location, just at the far end of the hamlet with the river of Alcaucin and an orchard of citrus trees just next to the house.

From the terrass there is a stunning view over the valley, Alcaucin and the impressive mountain La Maroma. It is peaceful and calm and you will hear the sound of water all year around! At the entrance of the house there is a BBQ and doors lead into the kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with shower and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a dish washer, fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, toaster, coffee machine and lots of kitchen utensils. A few steps leads up to the lounge with a comfortable sofa and TV/DVD and CD player. Here is also a wood burning stove for colder winter months. Some stairs lead up to the main bedroom with french doors opening out to the terrass with comfortable furniture. The terrass is partly covered with a roof which gives shade during the hot summer months. This is a truly beautiful house and it is obvious that the owners have put their hearts and soul into it!!
