with private pool and excellent terraces and shaded areas.
Wi-Fi available. Perfect location only 14 km from the
sea.
You enter the house from a shaded patio into a cosy combined
dining room/kitchen which has a wood-burning stove, excellent
for those late autumn and winter evenings.
There is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with
dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer oven and cooker.
The patio accommodates a big table with 8 chairs for dinners
"al fresco".
There are 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned), one with a
double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, the bedroom
upstairs has a bathroom en suite and French doors out
to a lovely terrace, great for sitting outside and enjoying
a drink in the evening. There are also sun loungers.
The downstairs bathroom has a bath tub and a washing machine.
Upstairs there is a lounge with a TV, DVD-player, CD-player,
small library.
Downstairs, from the patio, there is a path leading to
the swimming pool area with sun loungers and great shade
from the mature tropical garden that surrounds the pool
area.
